Overview
At Crework Tech, we maintain transparent and straightforward payment terms. This policy covers accepted payment methods, billing cycles, advance requirements and invoicing for all our services.
Transparency First: All costs are discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. You will never receive a surprise invoice from us.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:
Bank Transfer
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
Cheque
Online Payment
All payments should be made in Indian Rupees (INR). For international clients, we accept wire transfers.
Project-Based Payments
For one-time projects (website development, web apps, design projects):
- 50% advance is required before work begins.
- 50% balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
- For large projects, a milestone-based payment structure may be agreed upon (e.g., 40-30-30 split).
- No source code, design files or final deliverables will be handed over until full payment is received.
Custom Arrangements: For long-term or high-value projects, we're flexible with payment schedules. Discuss your requirements with us during the consultation.
Monthly Retainer Payments
For ongoing services (SEO, digital marketing, SMM, website maintenance):
- Monthly retainer fee is due at the start of each month (by the 5th).
- The first month's payment must be received before we begin work.
- Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is billed separately from the management fee.
- Retainer amounts are fixed for the agreed engagement period and reviewed quarterly if needed.
Invoicing
- All invoices are generated and sent via email in PDF format.
- Invoices include a detailed breakdown of services, amounts, taxes and payment instructions.
- Project invoices are raised at each milestone or as agreed upon.
- Monthly retainer invoices are raised on the 1st of each month.
- Payment terms are Net 7 (due within 7 days of invoice date) unless otherwise agreed.
Late Payments
We understand that delays can happen, but timely payments help us serve you better:
- A grace period of 7 days is provided beyond the due date.
- After the grace period, a friendly reminder will be sent.
- If payment is overdue by 15+ days, work may be paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.
- If payment is overdue by 30+ days, Crework Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate the engagement.
- For websites hosted by us, access may be restricted until outstanding dues are settled.
Communication is Key: If you anticipate a payment delay, please inform us in advance. We are always willing to work out a temporary arrangement.
Taxes & GST
- All quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
- Applicable GST (18%) will be added to the invoice as per Indian tax regulations.
- Crework Tech will provide a GST-compliant invoice for all transactions.
- Clients are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or charges levied by their respective jurisdictions.
